Moka & Co. opened its Prosper location on University Drive on June 16, a company representative confirmed.
The New York-based brand specializes in organic coffee grown in Yemen, per the business’s website.
The cafe’s menu features coffee blended with Yemeni spices, like mufawar made with cardamom and maleki made with honey and coffee husks.
Moka & Co. also offers non-traditional drinks such as fruit-based refreshers and matcha lattes.
