1. Tarrant County College Northeast Campus Science Building
Tarrant County College is constructing a three-story instructional science building with labs, space for student collaboration and faculty office space, per a TDLR filing. The new building is part of an $825 million bond program approved by voters in 2019, per previous reporting.

2. Presbyterian Homes at Colleyville
A new independent living, assisted living and memory care facility is in development in Colleyville. The new facility was first approved under a different name in June 2024, per previous reporting. The facility is estimated to be 241,000 square feet.

3. Collin County Adult Detention Facility kitchen relocation
Collin County’s Adult Detention Facility is relocating its kitchen as part of facility-wide renovations. The renovations were approved by voters in a 2023 bond, according to county's website. The county called a new $817.5 million bond election Aug. 10, per previous reporting, which would fund more court and detention facility projects among other projects intended to address the county’s growing population.

4. Mosaic residential construction in Celina phases 4A and 5
Two phases of a new residential community will be under construction in Celina, according to a TDLR filing. The city approved a 113-acre land swap with Prosper ISD for the Mosaic master-planned community under development, per previous reporting. The city approved the exchange at a meeting June 9, according to city documents.

5. STULTZ warehouse renovations in Denton
STULTZ Air Technology Systems, a company that provides cooling systems for data centers, is renovating an existing warehouse in Denton, per a TDLR filing. Its Denton location started operations in 2025, according to a company news release.
