The Home Depot plans to open its new location in Celina on Aug. 20, a company representative confirmed.
The home improvement retailer will offer a wide selection of tools, appliances, building materials, paint, gardening supplies and more, according to its website.
The Celina location is one of 12 new The Home Depot locations opening across eight states in 2026, according to a company news release.

Celina City Council approved an economic incentive agreement for the store in December 2024.
The Home Depot will receive a sales tax grant of up to $1.4 million over ten years split between the city and the Celina Economic Development Corporation. The city is expected to see a return on the investment in five years, according to previous reporting.
