Sixty Vines opened Aug. 31 at 3701 Dallas Parkway, Plano. The wine bar and bistro serves brunch, lunch and dinner items. The bistro is owned by Jack Gibbons, president of Front Burner Restaurants whose creations include Whiskey Cake and Mexican Sugar in Plano.
