New office building coming to Legacy West in Plano

A new 24-story office tower is coming to Plano’s $3 billion Legacy West development.

The building will become the new headquarters for Ryan LLC, a Dallas-based tax services company. Around 500-600 employees from the firm will occupy the 400,000-square-foot space, according to Ryan LLC officials.

The building will be located off the corner of Dallas North Tollway and SH 121. Company officials said construction will start in 2022 and Ryan LLC is planned to move in by 2024.

Maher Maso, principal with the firm, said the company wanted to maintain a foothold in North Texas.

“It is an exciting time for Ryan [LLC] as we continue our worldwide growth. North Texas has been a home to Ryan [LLC] for many years,” Maso said. “Plano and the surrounding cities have done a great job in attracting Fortune 500 and other corporations. It was a natural decision to relocate there.”

Legacy West is Plano’s popular mixed-use development site that includes corporate offices, multifamily homes, retail shopping and restaurants. More information about Ryan LLC can be found on its website.
