Plano’s planning and zoning commission approved a site plan for a new medical and general office to be constructed near Preston Road at a meeting Aug. 17.
The gist
The new facility will be constructed on 1.3 acres along San Jacinto Place, per city documents. The office building will be a 56,876 square-foot, two-story facility. The space will also create 68 more parking spaces, according to the site plan. The facility is expected to have 10 employees.
The site plan was developed by SPIARS Engineering, Inc., a Plano-based civil engineering and surveying company.
