Parker Road repairs An 18-month construction project on Parker Road began in June. Crews will be working on both eastbound and westbound lanes spanning from Rainier Road to Alma Drive. The nearly $4 million project is expected to last into late 2020. One lane will remain closed at all times in construction areas, with an additional lane closed from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on weekdays and some Saturdays.
