Plano Parkway repairs A pavement repair project on Plano Parkway began in August. The full length of the project is expected to extend from Allied Drive to Ohio Drive. The repairs are expected to affect eastbound and westbound lanes through November. One lane will remain closed at all times in construction areas, with an additional lane closed from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on weekdays and some Saturdays.
