Shiloh Road repairs Crews were expected to begin repairing concrete this month on Shiloh Road between Plano Parkway and Renner Road. The project is expected to affect northbound and southbound lanes through sometime in November. As of Oct. 7, the cost had not yet been determined. One lane will remain closed at all times in construction areas, with an additional lane closed from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on weekdays and some Saturdays.
