Plano City Council approved a $500,000 incentive for a sour cream company, Daisy Brand, to headquarter in the city at a meeting July 27.
In a nutshell
Daisy Brand will be relocating its office from Dallas to Granite Park Four in Plano, per city documents. The company will be required to invest at least $10 million on property improvements at its new 54,498-square-foot office space and regularly operate there by the end of December 2027.
“Daisy Brand has been a respected leader in the dairy industry for more than a century, and we’re honored they’ve chosen Plano for their headquarters,” Mayor John Muns said in a statement. “Our talented workforce, exceptional quality of life and business-friendly environment continue to attract leading companies. We look forward to building a strong partnership and supporting Daisy Brand’s future success.”
