Businesses flocking to Village 121 in Plano

Still under construction are Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Orange Theory Fitness, Starbucks, Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe, Legacy Nail Salon, Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill, wine and spirits retailer VOM FASS, Pie Five and Concept Eye Care.

Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, a stand-alone, 9,305-square-foot restaurant, is also under construction.

Several other retail spaces have not yet been leased.

The development also includes senior living facility Harbor Chase of Plano, which is on the southwest corner of Village 121. The facility is close to completion.

Lincoln Property Company sold the 9 acres to Silverstone Healthcare of Dallas for the facility, which will offer assisted living and memory care services in apartments.
