According to Renee’ Wells, Brighton Homes vice president of sales, construction is underway on 22 two-story duplex townhomes and 36 three-story townhomes in Collin Creek. In 2025, the builder will offer 32 additional townhomes in four additional two and three-story floor plans.

Homes are available for purchase now. Current pricing ranges from the high $400,000s to the high $500,000s.
“We have homes that are move-in ready and a variety of other homes under construction to meet the various needs of our customers,” Wells said in an email.
The builder offers a variety of floor plans in this development, with townhomes ranging from approximately 1,522 to 2,222 square feet.
“Our two-story duplex townhomes are Texas Contemporary style homes,” Wells said. “This theme will include design elements recalling modern architecture of the early-to-mid 20th century such as contrasting paint colors and geometric window patterns. Materials will include natural stone, brick, stucco and wood accents.”
What else
The company’s three-story townhomes will incorporate the use of earth-tone stone and brick as the main design element along with wood.
“This design recalls the many limestone quarries found throughout the central Texas region,” Wells said.
