Pflugerville officials OK professional services agreement for Cele Road study

Engineering firm Vickrey Associates LLC will perform a feasibility study for potential improvements to Cele Road in Pflugerville.

Pflugerville City Council approved a $376,532.93 professional services supplemental agreement with VA for the study at a July 12 meeting.

In the study, VA will analyze existing and future segments of Cele from the intersection of Weiss Lane, Hodde Lane and Cele to FM 973.

VA's scope of work for the study will include property abstracting, utility research and right-of-way identification.

The feasibility study will develop several possible alignment options for Cele along with cost estimates and a recommendation.

City staff selected VA for the study in part because of the firm's work nearby on the Kelly Lane Phase 3 project giving it familiarity with the area.
