Several events are lined up in the Pflugerville and Hutto area for the rest of May and into June. Check out this noncomprehensive list of upcoming things to do.
Spring Book Fair
All ages are invited to visit the Pflugerville Public LIbrary for a Scholastic Book Fair. The fair is an opportunity for young readers to stock up on their Summer Reading books. The fair, proceeds from which will benefit the library, will run from May 22-29.
ATX Eid Fest ‘26
Families, friends and neighbors are invited to Adam Orgain Park to celebrate Eid. The event will feature carnival rides, a shopping bazaar, halal food, cultural exhibits and live entertainment.
11th annual Maker Pfest
The event includes demonstrations of a laser cutter and 3D printer, and hands-on activities such as screen printing, bookbinding and other crafts.
Catfish Derby Day
The ponds at Adam Orgain Park will be stocked with 2,000 catfish for the derby day. Anglers of all ages are welcome, with adult supervision required for children. The Hutto Parks and Recreation Department encourages catch-and-release to help maintain a healthy fish population, but those opting to keep their catch must follow Texas Parks and Wildlife Department regulations.
Music in the Park
The Selena tribute band Bidi Bidi Banda will perform at Pfluger Park. Guests are invited to bring lawn chairs, pets, blankets and picnic baskets for an evening of music.
2026 H-Town Throwdown
Predominant Houston rappers will perform at the Round Rock Amp, with a lineup featuring Bun B, Z-Ro, Mike Jones, Lil’ Flip and Lil’ Keke.
Power Brewing Project Anniversary Party
Hutto brewery Power Brewing Project will host a party to celebrate its second anniversary. Pat’s BBQ will be on site, serving from noon until they sell out. Owned by David Power, the brewery with a tech and engineering theme first opened in 2024.
Juneteenth Celebration: Rock the Block
The city of Pflugerville will celebrate Juneteenth with a Rock the Block event in the downtown area. Texas R&B band Honey Made will take the stage. After forming in 2018, the band has since garnered multiple official SXSW Showcasing Artist slots.
