Morning Ritual coffee shop and The Goat restaurant opened to the public on June 20 in Plfugerville’s Stone Hill Town Center.

The coffee shop is situated inside of The Goat—a two-story restaurant and bar. The coffee shop serves specialty lattes, biscuits and breakfast, coffee flights and more, according to Morning Ritual’s menu.
The Goat’s main menu offers tacos, smash burgers, pizza, pasta, salads and bowls. The weekend brunch menu ranges from chicken and waffles to a spinach and goat cheese frittata. Happy hour specials at The Goat are Monday-Friday from 3-7 p.m., with $6 cocktails, $5 beers and seltzers and $5 house wines, according to its website.
