Several development projects are in the works along the Wells Branch Parkway corridor of Pflugerville between I-35 and SH 130.
Projects that are either underway or still in the planning stages include single-family and mixed-use residential, multifamily, urban residential and retail commercial.
The following list breaks down three residential projects.
1. Lisso Tract
The Lisso Tract is slated to be a mixed-use residential development situated on the northeast corner of Wells Branch Parkway and Immanuel Road.
Information from the city of Pflugerville states the 169.4-acre site will contain 599 single-family lots and 30.85 acres of parkland.
A preliminary plan for the Lisso Tract has been submitted to the city, but staff do not yet have a timeline for next steps on the development.
2. Village at Wells Branch
The Village at Wells Branch will be a multifamily development located at 1305 E. Wells Branch Parkway.
Information from the city of Pflugerville states It will contain 182 units, and construction for the $25 million project is estimated to be complete Oct. 1, 2022.
3. Olympic Drive Apartments Phase 1
The city of Pflugerville approved Phase 1 of the Olympic Drive Apartments in May.
The complex is on a 29.4-acre site and will contain 12 buildings, including the clubhouse.
Construction is underway for the $35 million project and anticipated to be complete by March 2023.
