The details
The project is a 1,503-square-foot tenant finish-out of Suite 305. The scope includes providing new wall finishes, new lighting fixtures, new plumbing fixtures in the restroom, new wall infill and floor slab infill. It also includes mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
