Smiling Donuts filed a permit with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to open a new shop in Pflugerville. The tenant, Jamie Muor, owns another location in the city and one in Round Rock.
The local donut shop sports a menu of doughnuts, pastries and boba teas. According to the filing, the store should finish its buildout by August.
