Now Open
Back Nine Golf
The indoor facility offers virtual golfing experiences on a variety of courses from around the world, including Pebble Beach, St. Andrews and Torrey Pines. The spot is 3,000 square feet, has four bays and is open 24/7. The business's monthly memberships offer unlimited tee times and access to the facility.
Daddy Shack Golf Club
Founded in 2023 as a mobile golf simulator business, the Pflugerville location offers an indoor golf simulator, club fittings, lessons and swing analysis using FlightScope technology as well as lounge and fitness amenities.
The Exercise Coach
The personal training business operates through an appointment-based model designed to provide individualized attention in a smaller, more private environment. The studio features computerized machines instead of traditional free weights, and the equipment adjusts resistance based on each client’s strength output.
Coming soon
Ramen Tatsu-ya
CEO Todd Coerver said the new location is under construction and will be just south of Tumble 22 and Kura Revolving Sushi Bar. The restaurant's menu includes a number of pork-, chicken- and vegan-based ramen dishes as well as flavor bombs and extra toppings that can be added in.
Snooze
The eatery, which serves a variety of breakfast and brunch classics as well as seasonal menu items, is coming to a new development off SH 130. The announcement marks the Denver-based restaurant's second attempt to come to the area. In early 2025, the business scrapped a plan to come to the same retail center.
West Pecan
Pflugerville City Council approved a lease agreement with the coffee shop's operator for a new public-facing space in the upcoming City Hall facility. This will be the second location for the business, which originally opened in 2018 and offers specialty coffee and food options.
Soapy Falls Express
The business currently operates locations in Hutto, Round Rock and Cedar Park, and offers automated wash services with membership options that allow customers to wash their vehicles multiple times per month.
Expansions
Pfun Arts
The visual arts center is expanding to have four distinct hubs: a fine art gallery and exhibition space, an open studio and creative workspace, art education and specialty workshop areas, and artisan retail shop and boutique, which is coming soon.
Closings
Springhill Restaurant
In 1985, Carroll Humphrey opened the restaurant, which offered shrimp and catfish dinner platters, burgers, and sandwiches as well as desserts like peach cobbler.
