Magic Salon & Spa, a child-focused hair salon, held a soft opening Jan. 3 in Pflugerville.
The salon, which specializes in services for children with special needs, also offers haircuts for adults. Other service include threading, waxing and facials. The business plans to host a grand opening in the coming weeks, manager Laxmi Kharel said.
