PMT YAS! Studio in September is relocating to its new location at 415 E. Parkwood Ave., Friendswood. The youth theater company is moving across Clear Creek from its previous location at 3800 FM 528, Friendswood.
“We are excited about the move because it gives us the opportunity to streamline our operations, so we can continue growing at a fast pace,” Executive Director Eduardo Guzman said. “We are really excited to be moving to the other side of Clear Creek, and we think the next year is going to be really strong for PMT YAS! Studio.”
The new location will have the look and feel of the previous space, Guzman said. The studio is taking the seats from the existing theater to the new location and will still put on performances at the new facility.
The biggest change regarding the new facility will be its focus on putting together high-powered rehearsals and offering a space to serve as a training facility, Guzman said.
