National franchise DocPopcorn opened in Pearland Town Center on Oct. 2, with the business’s grand opening set for Nov. 18. The popcorn store sells individual bags as well as tins for gifting and has roughly eight or nine sweet and savory flavors at a time. The store also switches out flavors seasonally, and offers holiday themed choices like apple crisp. The fresh, gourmet popcorn comes in popular flavors, such as Better Butter, Sweet Butter and Caramel Bliss.
