Construction finished on Kirby Commons Shopping Center, located at 11625 W. Broadway, Pearland, in January. The 20,000 sq. ft. shopping center has already filled roughly 14,000 square feet with tenants such as Metro PCS, Fire Stone Pizza Bar, Orthodontist, Nail Salon, Bambu and Pho Saigon. Construction on the shopping center began in April 2017 and tenants are to be open for business in June. The center is located across the street from Pearland Town Center and Shadow Creek High School.
