The Centre at Kirby Ridge, also owned by Jack Gross, is coming to 3695 Kirby Drive in Pearland in late summer 2018. Construction began on the shopping center in December 2017 which is currently 90 percent leased. The 23,500 square foot center will include Alexander’s Learning Center, Cinderella Nails and Spa, Center Stage Gallery, Kirby Ridge Family Dentistry and Pearland Sweet Tooth.
