The Pearland ISD board of trustees will meet Feb. 7 to approve its upcoming May election and a proposed instructional calendar for the 2023-24 school year.
Once approved, a school board election will be held May 6. The seats up for election will be positions 1 and 2 held by Toni Carter and Kristofer Schoeffler, respectively.

Additionally, the board will consider the approval of the next school year’s instructional calendar, which is proposed to have students and teachers finishing the year before Memorial Day.
