A new franchise location of Marco's Pizza is opening up near Pearland, owners of the business said in a Feb. 18 email.

The location, which sits north of the Sam Houston Tollway between Hwy. 35 and I-45, will serve a number of different types of pizza, as well as other menu items such as salads, wings, sandwiches, bread and desserts, including "cinnasquares," according to its website.
