Poke Express will open its doors in late March at 15718 S. Hwy. 288, Ste. 106, Pearland. The restaurant will offer options for a build-your-own poke bowl. Poke, or cubes of raw fish, is a popular food choice in Hawaii. Customers can choose to have the poke on a bed of rice or in a salad; they can also choose from 12 different toppings to add a level of customization to the bowl. Poke Express will also sell milk tea.
