December is full of holiday events in Pearland, Friendswood and the surrounding area. Those looking for a festive way to celebrate can choose from holiday light displays, hayride tours, cycling races and a barbecue cook-off to get into the holiday spirit.

Second Baptist Church and Pearland Town Center are partnering to bring the annual Festival of Lights display to Pearland. Families are invited to stroll through lighted Christmas displays and enjoy musical performances under the Houston Methodist Pavilion at Pearland Town Center
Tour De Lites
The 30th Annual Tour De Lites will kick off at Independence Park this December. Visitors can participate in decorating contests, hayride tours and holiday lights. Organizers said they expect more than 100 individual bikers to participate.
