The American Red Cross and local nonprofit Mosaic in Action are teaming up to repair 30 roofs in Brazoria County damaged by Hurricane Beryl for free.

Brazoria County single-family homeowners, not renters, are encouraged to apply for the free roof repair by filling out this form.
Repair services include:
- Roofing repair and replacement
- Siding repair and replacement
- Interior repairs from water and mold damage
- Mold remediation
- Porch and ramp repairs
The funding source
The roof repair costs will be covered by a $499,000 grant from the American Red Cross, according to a Jan. 16 news release from Mosaic in Action.
Founded in 2014, Mosaic in Action is a local nonprofit focusing on supporting Brazoria County residents affected by natural disasters.
Since Hurricane Harvey in 2017, the organization has helped restore 488 homes through volunteer labor, according to its website.
