Friendswood Public Library hosts a weekly Pokémon card trading event every Friday.

2. Pearland Concerts in the Park

The Pearland Concerts in the Park series continues June 5 with a performance by the Girl Can't Help It Tribute Band. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from Foreign Policy and Brewphoria Coffee & Drinkery.

3. Manvel Market

Open the first Saturday of every month, guests can shop from over 50 local small businesses while enjoying food, unique handmade items and kids’ activities.

There will also be a blood drive bus on-site from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

4. Little LITs Summer Story Time & Crafts

5. Pop Art Kiss - Painting with Twist Pearland

Guests can create a pop art-inspired painting during a guided painting session. The class is intended for adults ages 18 and older. Infants, children and observers are not permitted. Attendees may bring their own beverages and snacks, including alcoholic beverages.
