New Dunkin’ Donuts location set for Pearland

Dunkin' Donuts is set to open its second location in Pearland, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Construction is expected to begin Sept. 7 and wrap up in December, according to the filing.

An official opening date has not yet been announced.

On the menu

The shop will offer hot and cold beverages, including coffee, iced tea, cold brew and nitro-infused cold brew, along with a variety of donuts, according to the company's website.
