Pearland Animal Resource Center to celebrate 5 year anniversary in June

Pearland Animal Resource Center will celebrate its 5-year anniversary in June, Director Densie Whaley said.

The non-profit clinic plans to celebrate with a community car meet and pet awareness event at 7 p.m. at Red Circle Ice Cream in Pearland, featuring show cars, on-site adoptions, vendors and raffles, according to Whaley.

What they offer

Since opening in July 2021, the clinic has cared for more than 21,000 pets and estimates it has helped prevent over 1,700 animals from being re-homed, surrendered or euthanized, according to the clinic’s website.
