Yellow Apron Baking Co. officially opened its doors in mid-May, Owner Marilyn Ramirez said.
The business is currently in its soft opening phase, with plans for a grand opening in mid-June, Ramirez said.
What they offer
Featured items the bakery offers are chocolate chip cookies, fudge pan brownies, cinnamon streusel coffee cake, snickerdoodle coffees and breakfast tacos, among other items, according to the bakery's website.

The bakery also partners with vendors from the Old Pearland Farmers Market, including sourdough from Three Bros Loaves, jam from Bigg's Farm, salsa from JC Salsa, hot sauce from Rude Houses, cold pressed juice from Gen & Juice and air roasted cashews and almonds from Munch Craft Snacks.
More partnerships will be coming soon, Ramirez said.
