Events by Lindsay soft-opened a Pearland storefront in early September, owner Lindsay Benoit confirmed.
What’s in a name
The bakery offers a variety of sweets, including cupcakes, cake balls and pops, macarons, tiramisu cheesecake and bread pudding. Savory offerings include blackened shrimp Alfredo and pork belly with mashed potatoes.
The space also features a seasonal boutique offering home décor and gifts, Benoit said.
