Senior living development Overture Arboretum at 10600 Jollyville Road, Austin, is now leasing and will be available by spring 2019. The 184-unit community is geared toward residents age 60 and older and houses amenities such as a fitness center, salon, pool, theater and demonstration kitchen. The company also opened Overture Domain at 3100 Kramer Lane in June.
