The Domain's first toy store, All Things Kids, celebrates the grand opening of its second location Oct. 5 with magic, face painting, games and a singing zoologist.
The store had a soft opening Sept. 28 and is located at 3220 Feathergrass Court, Ste. 132, between iPic Theaters and Dillards in Domain II. Owners Karen and Christian Soeffker opened the original store in Georgetown in April 2011. Karen Soeffker said she chose The Domain for a second location because of a need for a toy store there.
"We have a beautiful selection of eco-friendly and European [and] American toys so it's kind of a niche that fits very well with The Domain," Karen Soeffker said.
