Sharetea, a bubble tea shop based in Taipei, Taiwan, plans to open a location in Northwest Austin. The shop will open in June at 13343 N. US 183​,​ Ste. 275, Austin, in the Anderson Arbor shopping center. The menu will include black and milk teas with pearls or tapioca balls. Each franchise uses products imported from Taiwan, said franchise owner Christine Nieh, a University of Texas at Austin graduate who is also Taiwanese. Nieh said this is her first business and she wanted to bring Sharetea to Austin after visiting Taiwan and trying it. www.shareteaaustin.com
