Spence Diamonds will open Nov. 8 in The Domain in the former Outrageous Gallery spot, 11401 Century Oaks Terrace, Ste. 109, Austin. The Canadian diamond jewelry retailer will sell its Spence Artisan Created Diamonds, which are created in a lab inside a plasma chamber instead of mined from the ground.
