Mark IV Capital Inc., a real estate company based in Newport Beach, California, announced Nov. 28 that it purchased the four-story Pecan Park office building at 10800 Pecan Park Blvd., Austin. The 8.66-acre property includes a fully leased 136,444-square-foot building along with parking and landscaping. Mark IV Capital now owns four properties in the Austin area.
