The former 220,000-square-foot Wal-Mart Supercenter, located at 8201 N. RM 620, Austin, was sold to PacVentures Inc., a California-based commercial real estate company, on Aug. 22, PacVentures Founding Principal Andrew Kaplan said. The store closed Jan. 28. Kaplan said PacVentures plans to convert the building to offices and nontraditional uses, such as recreational facilities. www.pacventures.com
