Lamplight Community Garden broke ground Nov. 10 at Alderbrook Pocket Park, located at 12444 Lamplight Village Ave., Austin. The garden will be open to the public and serve as a site for community demonstrations and seed giveaways. Members of the community can get involved in the construction of the garden, which will last through the spring, by visiting the website. www.lamplightgarden.org
