A new location of Burbank, California-based Jinya Ramen Bar is under construction at The Domain, 11410 Century Oaks Terrace, Ste. V-1500. The restaurant specializes in the traditional Japanese tonkotsu ramen, which uses pork broth. Jinya will open in late 2015 or early 2016 and has two locations in Houston. www.jinya-ramenbar.com
