Christine Celis will open Celis Brewery at 2013 Rutland Drive, Austin, in May. The 22,000-square-foot brewery will have the capacity to produce more than 50,000 barrels of beer annually. Celis Brewery will focus on Belgian-style beer recipes. The brewery is a reboot of Celis’ father’s original Celis Brewery, which operated in Austin from 1992-2001. www.celisbrewery.com
