Adding to a growing list of bubble tea shops in North and Northwest Austin, Taiwan-based Gong Cha opened Aug. 31 in Anna Plaza at 13201 N. RM 620, Austin. The shop hosts a grand opening event Sept 1-2 and is offering a buy-one-get-one-free promotion on its bubble tea, “milk foam” tea and other drinks. The Taiwan-based chain currently has three locations in Dallas and one in Houston.
