Rosen's Bagel Co. is opening in its first brick-and-mortar location at 11101 Burnet Road, Ste. 100, Austin, on Jan. 13.
Founded by Tom Rosen, the business first launched as a pop up in 2017 and sells products at Whole Foods Markets as well as more than 20 coffee shops and restaurants throughout Austin, according to a Jan. 12 press release.
Rosen's 11-bagel selection includes cinnamon raisin, onion, poppy seed and jalapeno cheddar, served alongside a dozen schmears.
“There is something special, borderline magical, about eating a bagel that has just come out of the oven,” Rosen said in the release. “Seeing steam escape the bagel as it is sliced open adds to that element of wonder, and our brick-and-mortar allows us to share this experience with our customers.”
