Austin-based Ola Poke opens its second location today at 13343 Research Blvd., Ste. 270, Austin, next door to Taiwanese bubble tea shop Sharetea. Poke, pronounced poh-kay, is a Hawaiian-inspired dish of marinated raw fish salad and has gained popularity in Austin in recent years. At its new location, Ola Poke offers make-your-own poke bowls as well as new cooked entrees, including a chicken sandwich and desserts. Ola Poke's original location is in Central Austin at 6808 N.
