Following the measures taken by other universities locally and across the nation, Concordia University Texas on March 13 announced it will close its campus for face-to-face classes beginning March 30.
Concordia made the change “out of concern for maintaining the health and safety of our students,” according to the university’s March 13 news release.
Concordia is not experiencing any cases of coronavirus, according to the university.
The university will extend its spring break by an additional week. Concordia’s spring break was originally scheduled to run March 16-20, according to the university’s academic calendar.
