A Porsche dealership is in the early stages of development at The Arboretum, 10000 Research Blvd., Austin. The 198,000-square-foot facility will include a five-story parking garage, a basement-level service center and a ground-level showroom, according to project manager Abbey Teeters with Gensler Architects, the firm designing the dealership.
