The Crossing at Big Rivers, a 342-unit multifamily housing community, is being planned near Big Rivers Waterpark & Adventures in New Caney, according to a June 11 TDLR filing.
The $60 million development will comprise 15 buildings spanning more than 125,700 total square feet, including 11 three-story residential buildings, a clubhouse, a maintenance facility and a cabana.
The property owner is listed as Jet Lending LLC, which lists several tracts of land spanning roughly 47 acres for sale along Hwy. 242 in New Caney on the company's website.
