Birria Box—a food truck owned by Cristhian Rodriguez—is now open at The Food Zone in Porter, a spokesperson for the business confirmed April 4. Rodriguez worked on the business for more than a year before opening it.

Birria Box’s menu includes Quesabirria tacos, tortas, Tapatio ramen, aguas frescas and freshly-squeezed lemonade, according to the business’s social media page.
